ATLANT 3D launches NANOFABRICATOR PRO

News

NANOFABRICATOR PRO combines AI-driven materials discovery with atomic-scale fabrication and validation for semiconductor and advanced packaging development.

ATLANT 3D has launched NANOFABRICATOR PRO, a new platform designed to connect AI-driven materials discovery with programmable atomic-scale fabrication, experimental validation and device prototyping.

The company says the platform addresses a growing challenge in AI-assisted materials development: translating computational predictions into physical materials and ultimately manufacturable devices.

NANOFABRICATOR PRO is powered by ATLANT 3D's proprietary Direct Atomic Layer Processing (DALP) technology and forms part of its A-HUB Autonomous Materials Foundry.

The platform integrates materials discovery with atomic-scale manufacturing and rapid validation for applications spanning semiconductors, advanced packaging and quantum technologies.

According to ATLANT 3D, conventional development workflows often separate materials design, fabrication, characterisation and manufacturing.

Bringing these processes together is intended to accelerate experimentation and shorten the path between materials discovery and practical device development.

The SEMI-compliant system is being industrialised with Automated Industrial Robotics (AIR), which will manufacture NANOFABRICATOR PRO in the US. The partnership is intended to provide scalable production as ATLANT 3D expands its presence in the country.

"By connecting AI-driven materials discovery, advanced manufacturing, and experimental validation, we enable rapid translation of computational predictions into functional materials," said Dr. Maksym Plakhotnyuk, CEO and Founder of ATLANT 3D.

ATLANT 3D is also planning to extend the platform towards self-driving capabilities incorporating integrated metrology and additional processing technologies.

The company is seeking strategic partners across advanced technology sectors as it develops its broader Physical AI infrastructure.
